岗位职责:
1. Greet students, members and guests as they enter any of the sportfacilities’ reception areas and ensure that they have signed in. Determine nature and purpose of each guests visit and provide assistance or information if needed, as well as ensure that non-authorised persons do not enter the facilities or use the equipment.
2. Answer the telephone and provide information for the caller, take messages or forward calls as required. Listen to customer complaints and resolve issues if possible.
3. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry,
document filing, receiving payment, make or fill in forms for daily operations purposes and mail sorting.
4. Under the supervision and direction of the DCP Programme Managerand line manager, process payments and refunds for the DCP programsas well as the sports club.
5. According to formats provided by the DCP Programme Manager, send out cancellations and other emails.
6. Process and handle Dulwich Community Programmes registrations and update registration spreadsheets.
7. Routinely update water quality information; check the club for anymaintenance issues and submit maintenance requests. 8. Provide prospective members with a tour of the club’s
facilities and offer information about membership and daily fee pricing.Liaise with club vendors.

2 Ability to express her/his view on related work openlyl College degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 Good attitude to work, sense of initiative and strong responsibility
4 Good computer skills-including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and email
5 Ability to handle multiple task simultaneouslyl Language ability-fluent Mandarin Chinese & English
